The company is a WHOLESALE LICENCE CERTIFICATE holder. Nguna Petroleum supply PARAFFIN; DIESEL; PETROL in bulk and LIQUEFIED PETROLEUM GAS in bulk and in cylinders It has been incorporated with the aim of supplying a quality procurement aim for its client base.

The belief of the Director is that the Company must never take on more than its capability of achieving and therefore ensuring that quality of service is not compromised. This said the company does have the intention of expanding its services as the company grows.

METHOD AND APPROACH

NORMAL

Sourcing

NGNUA PETROLEUM has the existing agreement with SASOL and ENGEN for the supply of the Petroleum Product

Delivery Depot

Product will be delivered to clients as per the agreement of NGUNA PETROLEUM and CLIENT

Transport

Transport is outsourced, a reputable transporter in the name of Reef tankers has an existing

Agreement to perform the delivery to the depot of NGUNA PETROLEUM and client for Nguna Petroleum.

ALTERNATIVE

In case of disruption, Nguna Petroleum will implement the following contingency plans.

Sourcing

An agreement has been reached to purchase product from other suppliers like TOTAL SA and PETROSA

Transportation

whilst Nguna Petroleum would prefer customers to pick product directly from these depots; including Nguna Petroleum depot; it is able to arrange contract for customer if there is such a requirement. Road transport is outsourced, and only reputable companies are used to deliver to customers. The following transport are used

- Reef Tankers
- Tanker Services

other transporters will be contracted like UNITRANS IMPERIAL BULK; etc.

Formula

Selling price = wholesale list price – Rebate

Wholesale list price

As communicated on monthly bases by the DoE (Department of energy) on the 1st Wednesday of the mouth

Price will be reviewed monthly as per the wholesale list

The rebate offered as per liter

SOCIAL AWARENESS

supporting less fortunate

The Director believes that, supporting less fortunate individuals and charitable causes is imperative within the Nation. Therefore the company will pledge a percentage of income to a nominated Charity and nominated Orphanage. To ensure transparency the value of donation to the various causes will be shown on each invoice to the customer.

A detailed report will be distributed on a monthly basis to the client base showing the value of contribution that has been made to the cause with a copy of the deposit made to the Charity.

The Director believes that the customer base should be made aware of its involvement in these causes as the customer is taking an active role in the contribution process.

SUPPORTING SOUTH AFRICAN PRODUCTS

promote South African manufactured products

South Africa has a strong manufacturing base and it is the Directors choice to promote South African manufactured products wherever possible. In so doing, the Company is participating in the continuation of local companies and the development of the workforce of the Nation. Therefore, when obtaining quotes for the customer base the Company will not necessarily opt for the cheapest product and this will be highlighted on the quotation as to the quotation of the product
